Nicolas Hentz (5 June 1753, Metz - after 1829, Pennsylvania) was a French politician. He was a député for Moselle to the National Convention.
He joined the tobacco expedition to Wilkes-Barre in Pennsylvania and a letter by him dated 1829 is the last surviving evidence of him.
