Nicolai N. Petro

Nicolai N. Petro is a Professor of Political Science at the University of Rhode Island specializing in Russian Affairs. Dr. Petro received a B.A summa cum laude in history in 1980, an M.A. in public administration in 1982 and a Ph.D in foreign affairs in 1984 all from the University of Virginia.
