Newton Europe is a specialty consultancy firm focusing on delivering measurable bottom line results through shop floor productivity improvements without capital expenditure.[2] Unlike the common management consulting approach of generating reports and recommendations, Newton focuses on the implementation of sustainable solutions. They are one of the few management consulting companies in the world that guarantees their work on a no results no fee basis. Process issues and constraints are prioritized by financial impact, and then addressed in sequence using a variety of problem solving tools.[3] Continually monitoring, prioritizing, and addressing top issues ensures greatest bottom line results in the shortest amount of time. Sustainability and continuous improvement are guaranteed through training of the client team on site.[4]

History

Newton Industrial Consultants was founded by its current directors Andrew Hawes, Tom Wedgwood, and Kevin Jones, in 2001.[1] Since 2001 the company has grown with over 35% per year through recruitment of engineers from universities such as University of Cambridge, University of Oxford, and University of Toronto. In 2003 director Adrian Butler established Newton Industrial Consultants Canada Ltd. to serve the North American market. Today Newton has over 60 consultants serving clients in Europe and North America.
