New York Cake is a 1982 italo-disco album by an Italian band Kano, recorded for Full Time Records and released in the United States under Mirage label.[1] It has been produced by its members, namely Luciano Ninzatti, Matteo Bonsanto, Stefano Pulga. The album features Italian Top 3 hit "Can't Hold Back" and American Top 90 'hit' "Baby Not Tonight".

The album itself entered the Billboard 200 and R&B Albums charts in 1982.[2]
