The name

The name "Never Say Never" was chosen by DontGetEmo concerts,[1] who have hosted the Festival every year. It was chosen in response to all the people that told them that they would never be able to bring down incredible bands to South Texas. It was not chosen to be dedicated to the band NeverShoutNever!, despite what people think.

2010 festival

The 2010 festival was held on March 17, 2010.[1] It hosted 40 bands of different genres, such as Asking Alexandria, Attack Attack!, Breathe Carolina, Pierce the Veil, The Ready Set, and We Came as Romans, on 3 stages. Most bands that played at the festival, are also going to play at Warped Tour and South by Southwest. All profits from the 2010 festival were donated to the Red Cross and UNICEF so that they could be divided between the Haiti Relief fund, and the Chile Earthquake Relief Fund. The festival featured a vendor village, that hosted shops like Monikapolitan.com and 11eleven apparel.
