Emmure is a metalcore band from New Fairfield, Connecticut that formed in 2003. Some of the members are from Queens, New York. To date they have released one full-length LP and just released their sophomore album, "The Respect Issue", on May 19, 2008. They have just finished a tour in Europe supporting Misery Signals, August Burns Red and Burn Down Rome.when They will be starting their headlining tour with Endwell, On Broken Wings, Ligeia, Recon and others.when

Jesse Ketive is a former member of the band [http://www.myspace.com/warfix Warfix] , where he played guitar alongside Bryan Goldsman of Southside Panic, Sean Murphy & Mike Kaabe formerly of Endwell.
