Nepomyšl is a small town (městys) in Louny District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The town covers an area of 28.2 square kilometres (10.9 sq mi), and has a population of 371 (as at 28 August 2006).

Nepomyšl lies approximately 38 kilometres (24 mi) south-west of Louny, 71 km (44 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 81 km (50 mi) west of Prague.
