Gharsana is located in southern most part of Shriganganagar district. It is 150km from Shri Ganganagar and 125 km from Bikaner. It is situated on indo pak border. Economy is based on agriculture. Indira gandhi canal is life line of the area. Wheat,cotton, mustard seed and moong are the main crops of the area.
