Natalya Glebova (née Shive, Russian: Наталья Глебова, née Шиве, born April 30, 1963) is a Russian speed skater who competed for the Soviet Union in the 1984 Winter Olympics and in the 1988 Winter Olympics.

She was born in Kemerovo.

In 1984 she won the bronze medal in the 500 metres event. In the 1000 metres competition she finished 37th.

Four years later she finished ninth in the 500 metres contest and 20th in the 1000 metres event.
