Nadia "Nadia G." Giosia (born May 12, 1980)^[1] is a Canadian chef and commedienne who transitioned her web cooking series into a TV cooking show.^[2] She hosts Cooking Channel's and Food Network Canada's, Bitchin' Kitchen.

On July 12, 2011, she appeared on the American Travel Channel series Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern episode "Montreal."
