Transportation

Nadi Corporation is a private company which was formed in 1998 and expanded to become Malaysia largest bus operators which it runs via its subsidiary Konsortium Transnasional Bhd.

Its operations are divided into two categories, namely express buses' and stage or local buses which are operated under the brandname Cityliner.

Stage bus services

While all stage buses now operate under the name and bear the livery of the Cityliner brandname, the routes still belong to specific subsidiary companies. Many of the companies existed as bus operators prior to being bought over by Nadi Bhd.

Manufacturing

The manufacturing group consists of textiles & apparel and automotive engineering. The group is involved in several areas of the textiles & apparel industry. Its integrated textile mill produces a variety of fabrics and surgical dressing and is the main supplier of 100% cotton fabric to the Malaysian batik industry. The production and retailing of batik and batik products are activities, of which Nadicorp is proud to be the flag bearer for one of Malaysia's culture heritage. The group is also involved in industrial tailoring, specialising in functional clothing for emergency services and military personnel. In addition to clothing, the textiles division produces military parachutes to be marketed to the OIC (Organisation of Islamic Cooperation) and ASEAN (Association of South-East Asian Nations) region.

Automotive engineering activities in the manufacturing group include tyre retreading and coach building.

Agro-business and property

The property group's activities consist of property investment and development. The group has a significant land bank for which plans are underway to develop several commercial projects. The plantation group owns over 8,300 acres (34 km2) of high yielding palm oil. It has also recently ventured into integrated farming and agro-business in a strategic expansion to diversify its income base.
