National Registered Agents, Inc. ("NRAI") is the third largest registered agent service firm in the United States and was started by former executives of Prentice-Hall Corporate Services.

NRAI offers online tools to assist with the retrieval of entity related information and to assist with filing required jurisdictional documents.

Other products and services offered by NRAI are Independent Director Services, Document Preparation and Filing, International and Offshore Services, Regulatory Compliance Services, UCC and Lien Services and Legal Research and Electronic Tools.

History

NRAI was founded by Dennis Howarth, Stephen W. Craig, Dennis Tarzian, and Charles Baclet in 1995 after Prentice-Hall Corporate Services was acquired by CSC. Each of these industry veterans had over 25 years of experience when they formed NRAI. In 2004, NRAI introduced its web-hosted entity management system, CCM Corporate Compliance Manager. In 2006, NRAI launched First Serve, its premium service for clients to view scanned served documents via its private network. In 2008, NRAI launched Company Guard, its premium service which helps clients stay on top of company filing due dates and tax payment requirements. In November 2010 NRAI launched OneTouch, a mobile application permitting users to track the processing of document.[1]
