Hella KGaA Hueck & Co. is a German company that manufactures automotive lighting devices such as headlamps, signal lamps, and the electronics that support these. Based in Lippstadt, the company employs approximately 23,000 people worldwide and is ranked as one of Germany's 100 largest industrial companies. The firm was formed in 1899 as "Westfälische Metall-Industrie Aktiengesellschaft", and the brandname "Hella" was created in 1908 as a stylised version of "Helle", the German word for "bright". In 2004, total turnover for Hella was €3.1 billion.Fact|date=September 2008

Their lighting equipment is used by a wide variety of vehicle makers worldwide, including Audi, BMW, Chrysler, Daimler AG, Porsche, Volkswagen, Ford, and General Motors. Hella also has a range of aftermarket products such as fog lamps, upgrade headlamps, and modular brake and signal lamps.

As well as lighting devices Hella also manufactures aftermarket fuel pumps and strainers for European automobiles
