Clark, 1951Myrmecia pavida is a bull ant species which live in Australia. Workers and Queens averagely are around 25–30 millimetres (0.98–1.2 in). This species can be found throughout all of Western Australia, where their head and thorax and reddish, and the abdomen is black. Myrmecia pavida, like all of the other Myrmecia species, has excellent vision, and can spot people from 1–2 metres (3 ft 3 in–6 ft 7 in) away, and are highly aggressive.
