(Lafresnaye & D'Orbigny, 1837)The Brown-capped Whitestart (Myioborus brunniceps), or, less accurately, the Brown-capped Redstart, is a species of bird in the Parulidae family. It is found in humid Andean forests and woodlands in Bolivia and north-western Argentina. It sometimes includes the Tepui Whitestart as a subspecies.
