The film is about the rivalry between Jong-sik (Jang) and Tatsuo (Odagiri), who are runners that came from different counties and meet as soldiers in World War II. It premiered at Busan International Film Festival. This is the first film Kang Je-Gyu directed after taking a 7 year hiatus.[1]
