My Medical Reports LLC is an American provider of health information services. This public Internet site provides up to date and accurate information regarding health and health care, including audio reports and video reports, pharmacy information, blogs by physicians and lengthy interviews with medical experts.

This site receives information from accredited individuals and organizations and is reviewed by a medical review board to ensure accuracy. The medical review board is headed by Brian McDonough, MD, FAAFP, Senior Medical Editor for My Medical Reports. Dr. McDonough is "Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at Temple University School of Medicine and Chairman of The Family Medicine Department at St. Francis Hospital.[1]

MyMedicalReports.com is partnering with Mediguard. Mediguard's aim is to monitor the safety of prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines and healthcare supplements in over 1,050,000 US patients.[2] The company also rates the safety of different drugs using a standardized ratings scale,[3] and has received critical support from patient advocacy groups concerned by the large number of patients affected by serious, preventable adverse drug reactions.[4]

The organization is financed by third-party contributions and sponsorships.
