"My Hood to Your Hood" is the second single from Memphis Bleek's debut album, The Coming of Age. The song features Roc-A-Fella Records label-mate, Beanie Sigel. The song would become a big hit upon its release, gaining more airplay than its predecessor. This song was not only a major hit, it also spawned the career of Beanie Sigel and his State Property Records.
