Mount Kosko

Mount Kosko (79°9′S 159°33′E / 79.15°S 159.55°E / -79.15; 159.55) is a peak, 1,795 m, standing 6 nautical miles (11 km) north of Mount Keltie in the Conway Range. It was mapped by the United States Geological Survey (USGS) from tellurometer surveys and Navy air photos, 1959-63. The peak was named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Arno Kosko, ionosphere scientist at Byrd Station, 1963.
