Mount Dumais

Mount Dumais (85°2′S 64°28′W / 85.033°S 64.467°W / -85.033; -64.467) is a bluff-type mountain, 1,830 m, standing on the southwest edge of Mackin Table, 2 nautical miles (3.7 km) north of Lekander Nunatak, in southern Patuxent Range, Pensacola Mountains. Mapped by United States Geological Survey (USGS) from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1956-66. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Lieutenant Clarence C. Dumais (MC) U.S. Navy, officer in charge of South Pole Station, winter 1960.
