Iowa City, IANationality United States Training School of Visual Arts Movement Street Art Morley is a street artist originally from Iowa City, IA and based out of Los Angeles, CA. He specializes in wheatpaste prints that feature bold text and an image of the artist drawing the words with a sharpie marker. Morley is said to have studied at The School of Visual Arts in New York, NY. In 2011 his work caught the eye of famed street artist art dealer Steve Lazarides, who's Outsiders division began selling screen prints of his work shortly after. [1]

Street Pasting
Morley's work vacillates between confessional, encouraging and humorous. He has said that his motivation for drawing himself in each of his pieces was to create a less anonymous relationship with the viewer and one of developed friendship. His honesty extends to the blog, where he posts photos of his work along with stories and anecdotes. [2]

Morley's first appearance in a gallery was September 15th, 2011 at Post No Bills in Venice, CA. [3]
