History
MOOYAH opened its first branch in Plano, Texas and was launched by Rick Hicks, founder of Tin Star and his partner, Todd Istre. [3] As of December 14, 2010, MOOYAH operates 17 locations throughout the state of Texas and is planning to expand into Tennessee.[4]
MOOYAH utilizes many technologies for the consumer's benefit. It uses an online ordering service, which allows customers to order from their computer or smart phone. The business also uses the iPhone "Key Ring App" and to provide paperless coupons to consumers.
Products
MOOYAH serves only three things on its menu: burgers, fries, and shakes.[5] MOOYAH primarily markets its burgers (hence the name Mooyah), either single or double patty with any amount of toppings on it, but its fresh-cut french fries and shakes are also major selling points. MOOYAH's goal is "to make the best burger you've ever tasted." [6]
