It is known for its Leadership Studies and Business cluster floors. Some return to live there another year while others move on to live off-campus or in fraternities and sororities.

History
It was named after Dean Helen Moore, the first Dean of Women at Kansas State University.
In 2005, Moore was paired with Marlatt Hall for homecoming and the pairing was the overall champion in the residence hall division.
Moore has a refurnished lobby with plenty of seating, tables, an aquarium, and computers. There is a gameroom, television room, exercise and weight room.
Moore along with Van Zile are the only halls to have a small convenience store in its lobby, where drinks, frozen food, snacks and toiletries can be purchased by residents 24 hours a day.
