Montezuma Creek (San Juan River)

Montezuma Creek is a tributary of the San Juan River. The river is approximately 73 miles (117 km) long[1] and is a seasonal river, becoming dry for several months of the year.

Location

It starts in the eastern slopes of the Abajo Mountains in southeastern Utah near Monticello. It flows south to the settlement that bears its name and flows into the San Juan River.
