Albeco, Inc., trading as Mollie Stone's Markets, operates a small chain of American supermarkets, located in Bay Area, California. Established in 1985 by Mike Stone and David Bennett, there are nine stores in total: Burlingame, Greenbrae, Palo Alto, San Bruno, San Mateo, Sausalito and the Castro, Pacific Heights, and Twin Peaks neighborhoods of San Francisco.

Mollie Stone's was named after Stone's wife, Molly. After a big problem in the supreme court (Stones v. Chezkian), the company had to change the spelling of its name to "Mollie"[citation needed].
