Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Mohammad Ali Tabatabaei Hassani (Arabic: السيد محمد علي الطباطبائي الحسني) (born 1945) is an Iraqi Twelver Shi'a Marja.^[1][2]

He has studied in seminaries of Najaf, Iraq under Grand Ayatollah Abul-Qassim Khoei and Ruhollah Khomeini.^[3]
