MitosEHR (Electronic Health Records) is a Open source Web-Based Software for:

MitosEHR is a GPL'ed (free) medical practice management, electronic medical records, prescription writing, and medical billing application. These software application are also referred to as electronic health records.

License

MitosEHR is licensed under the General Gnu Public License (GPL v3). It features support for EDI billing to clearing houses such as Availity, MD-Online, MedAvant and ZirMED using ANSI X12. This project was initially a fork from OpenEMR, but on the run we had to re-write all the code. This to make the code more modular and full international for Sencha ExtJS v4.
