Minnesota State College-Southeast Technical is a technical college with campuses in Red Wing and Winona, Minnesota, which were originally two separate vocational institutes. It is part of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system.
Minnesota State College-Southeast Technical is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association.
