Mindray Medical International Limited (NYSEMR) is China's largest medical equipment manufacturer[1], developing, manufacturing, and marketing a variety of medical devices, equipment and accessories for both human and veterinary use. The company is currently organized into three product category divisions: Patient Monitoring & Life Support, In-Vitro Diagnostic Products, and Medical Imaging Systems.

In addition to its facilities in and around Shenzhen, Mindray maintains numerous additional offices throughout China and around the world, with North American headquarters located in Mahwah, New Jersey.

The Patient Monitoring & Life Support division develops and manufactures multi-parameter patient monitors, biotelemetry systems, Anesthesia Delivery Systems, Defibrillators, ECG machines, pulse oxymeters, hospital beds, and mounting systems for customers worldwide. In 2007 Mindray received a Global Excellence Award in Patient Monitoring from the consulting firm Frost & Sullivan.[2] In 2008, Mindray purchased the Patient Monitoring division of Datascope Corporation for $209 million to expand their presence outside of China. Also Mindray has signed licencing agreement with German 'PULSION', a leading specialist in minimal invasive critical care and cardiovascular patient monitoring, to integrate Pulsions's PiCCO and CeVOX technologies in its multi-parameter patient monitoring systems.

The In-Vitro Diagnostic division provides data and analysis on blood, urine, and other bodily fluid samples for clinical diagnosis and treatment. This segment offers a range of semi-automated and fully automated diagnostic laboratory instruments for laboratories, clinics, and hospitals. Its products include hematology analyzers, biochemistry analyzers, reagents, a microplate reader and a microplate washer.

The Medical Imaging Systems division develops and manufactures portable, hand carried and card based, mobile ultrasound systems and a variety of transducers. Mindray Ltd. is no. 1 producer of B/W ultrasounds globally and has come up with variety of award winner color dopplers also. Recently 'M7' portable color doppler from Mindray won 'German Reddot Global Award 2010' out of 12000 products from 60 countries.
