(2003)Mind Over Matter is the debut album from Oakland hip hop group Zion I. The effort was one of the most critically acclaimed underground Hip Hop albums of the year 2000, popular for their use of futuristic beats, live instrumentation and positive, socially conscious lyrics. Mind Over Matter was nominated for Independent Album of the Year by The Source in 2000. Their past singles "Inner Light" and "Critical" were featured here, as well as the single "Revolution (B-Boy Anthem)"'.
