Minas Gekos (in Greek: Μηνάς Γκέκος; born November 7, 1959 in Constantinople is a Greek professional basketball coach and retired player. A 1.87 m shooting guard, Gekos started his career with ITU in 1975. Due to the Greek-Turkish problems, he came to Greece and joined AEK Athens BC where he played until 1991. Then he continued his career to PAO BC (1991-94), and returned to AEK Athens BC for his last season as a player (1994-95)

- Overalled he has played 4 Cup Finals, and scored 72 points.
- He is one of the best ever scorers in the league, scoring 6131 pts in both A Ethniki & A1_Ethniki
- Has played 188 games and scored 2701 points in A1_Ethniki
- He has played 54 games with national team of Greece. Member of the 1979 & 1983 Eurobasket roster.

- Won Greek Championship as an assistant coach in 1998 & 1999
