Milton Bruce "Milt" Ottey (born December 29, 1959 in May Pen, Clarendon, Jamaica) is a retired Canadian high jumper. He won the national championships twenty-three times between 1979 and 1988. Ottey spent several years coaching in various universities throughout the United States, including University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), Kent State University and University of New Mexico before moving back to Toronto.
A eight-time national champion in the men's high jump event, Ottey is now the development manager for the UK based kids core skills development program International Fun and Team Athletics (IFTA) in Canada. He is also the director of Over The Top High Performance Athletics. Ottey is married, has three children and resides in Ajax, Ontario.
