The large-headed goby (Millerigobius macrocephalus) is a fish species of the family Gobiidae. Its genus Millerigobius is monotypic.
The natural range of this fish is coastal waters of the Adriatic Sea and Eastern Mediterranean[1]. The cases of introduction of this species are registered in the Aegean and Black Seas in the last period[2][3].
A Demersal fish, it lives in the Demersal zone. The maximal total length is up to 4.5 cm.
