Millennium is the 3rd album by Australian alternative rock band Cosmic Nomads[1]. The album was recorded in 2008 in Melbourne at Atlantis Sound[2] Studio and released in 2008. Cosmic Nomads worked with renowned engineer Dave McCluney [2]who with 20 years experience has recorded Louis Tillett among other notable artists. The album features classical rock organ, rock versions of songs influenced by Johann Sebastian Bach, Edvard Grieg and Claude Debussy and the voice of Kon Zissis recorded in reverse in track 4 Trolltog – Long Are The Ages. The band performed the album live on stage at various Melbourne venues including the Grand Central Hotel at Richmond and also The Droughtbuster Concert at Euroa. At one stage the album was to be released through Hardrush Music record label but the contract was terminated when communications broke down between the band and label administrators.
