Mikhail Barshchevsky

Mikhail Yurevich Barshchevsky (b. December 27, 1955-) , (Russian: Михаил Юрьевич Барщевский) plenipotentiary representative of the Russian Federation in the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court and the Higher Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation.

He was the chairman of the High Council for the Civilian Power party in 2007-2008.
