Mihai Bălan is a diplomat from the Republic of Moldova. He is the ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to Greece. Mihai Bălan was the Foreign Policy Advisor to the President of Moldova (December 15, 2009 - August 2010).[1][2]

Biography

He served as the ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to Israel for seven years. He was the Foreign Policy Advisor to the President of Moldova (December 15, 2009 - August 2010). In August 2010, Mihai Bălan was appointed as ambassador to Greece; Vlad Lupan replaced him as Foreign Policy Advisor to the President of Moldova.[3][4][5] He has two children: Dan Bălan and Sanda.
