McCleery began his professional career in the early 1990s with the dramatic thriller 'The Killing of Bobby Greene' (1991).[1] Following this he co-created and/or acted in a number of films with/by cult director Kevin Lindenmuth, such as 'Twisted Tales' (1992), 'Vampires and Other Stereotypes' (1993), 'Addicted to Murder' (1994) and the 'Alien Agenda' series (1996).[2]
Alongside his acting, McCleery has continued to create his own productions with the thrillers 'Track16' in 2001, 'The Altruist' in 2004 and the travel/quest documentary 'Tribute This!' (produced by Gary Joseph and Mike Nicholson about the musician Billy Franks of 'The Faith Brothers' fame) in 2009.
