EnglandNationality British Occupation Writer, Opinion leader, Public Relations, Social Media Years active present Website http://www.mikewhite.co.uk Michael White (18 January 1990 – Present) is an English student who is an academic in the fields of Communication Theory, published Poet [1] and now works for Microsoft.[2] His work has included working alongside the popular author David Alderton,[3] charity work for The Clink Restaurant based at HM Prison High Down. The Clink was featured in a BBC 1 Documentary called The Prison Restaurant.[4] Recently he is known to be involved with Microsoft Young Britain Works project [5] and contributes articles to Advertising Week.[6]
He became a CIPR Student Representative for his University is 2009,[7][8] an experience he reportedly found rewarding.[9] Through this role he became recognised for the #AddMe conference.[10]
To date he has done many small media appearances. This has included being interview by The Guardian,[11] interviewed by BBC Radio Gloucestershire [12] and being part of panel debates on BBC Radio Five Live.
