Michael Gizzi

Michael Gizzi (1949 Schenectady, New York – September 27, 2010 Providence, Rhode Island) was an American poet.[1]

Life

He graduated from Brown University with a BA and MFA.[2]He worked as a tree surgeon and taught at Lenox High School. He taught at Roger Williams College and Brown University.

He was an editor with Hard Press, Lingo magazine, and Qua Books.[3] His brother is Peter Gizzi.
