- 1 On 5 June 1932, the UAP member for Carlton, Robert Solly, died. Labor candidate William Barry won the resulting by-election in July 1932.
- 2 On 29 August 1932, the UAP member for Benambra, Henry Beardmore, died. Country candidate James Paton won the resulting by-election in October 1932.
- 3 In March 1933, the UAP member for Boroondara, Richard Linton, resigned to take up an appointment as Agent-General for Victoria in London. UAP candidate Trevor Oldham won the resulting by-election in April 1933.
- 4 On 15 August 1933, the UAP member for Polwarth, James McDonald, died. His nephew Allan McDonald won the resulting by-election in September 1933.
- 5 In October 1933, the UAP member for Warrnambool, James Fairbairn, resigned to contest the Flinders federal by-election caused by the resignation of Stanley Bruce. UAP candidate Keith McGarvie won the resulting by-election in November 1933.
- 6 On 7 October 1933, the UAP member for Allandale, former Premier Alexander Peacock, died. His widow Millie Peacock won the resulting by-election in November 1933, becoming the first ever woman member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly.
- 7 On 2 April 1934, the UAP member for Gunbower, Henry Angus, died. Country candidate Norman Martin won the resulting by-election in May 1934.
- 8 In July 1934, the UAP member for Nunawading, Robert Menzies, resigned to contest the seat of Kooyong at the 1934 federal election. UAP candidate William Boyland won the resulting by-election in September 1934.
- 9 In July 1934, the Labor member for Clifton Hill and Speaker of the Assembly, Maurice Blackburn, resigned to contest the seat of Bourke at the 1934 federal election. Labor candidate Herbert Cremean won the resulting by-election in September 1934.
