Meiliana competed women's doubles in BWF Super Series at the 2008 Indonesia Super Series, 2009 Malaysia Super Series, and 2009 Korea Super Series with her partner, Shendy Puspa Irawati.
Now, Meiliana played with Greysia Polii in the women's doubles. Surprisingly, at the first time they played together, they beat Korean pairs Lee Kyung-won and Ha Jung-eun, 21-14, 21-12. In 2010 All England Super Series, they went to the quarterfinals after defeated 4th seeded Malaysian pairs Wong Pei Tty and Chin Eei Hui with straight sets. In the quarterfinals, they played rubber set against Pan Pan and Tian Qing from China but lost 23-25, 21-17, 17-21. They played on Uber Cup but they lost to Ma Jin and Wang Xiaoli of China in the semifinals. They became the runner-up of 2010 Macau Open Grand Prix Gold after lost to Chien Yu-chin and Cheng Wen-hsing of Chinese Taipei with rubber sets.
