Mehmet Emin Karamehmet Mehmet Emin Karamehmet (born 1944 in Turkey) is a Turkish businessman. He is the Chairman of Turkey's Çukurova Holding conglomerate and is the richest man in Turkey with a personal fortune estimated at US$4 billion.[1][2]
Mehmet Emin Karamehmet was re-appointed the Chairman of the Board of Directors on May 8, 2009 and served as Chairman until February 2010. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cukurova Holding, BMC, Cukurova Havacilik and Noksel, and a member of the Board of Directors of Cukurova Insaat Makinalari A.S. Karamehmet attended Dover College, Kent, England, and Robert College, Turkey.
