Odebrecht Desfesa e Tecnologia is a Brazilian company headquartered in Sao Jose dos Campos, Sao Paulo. It is a company focused on high-tech market, especially for the defense industry.^[1]

The company was founded on February 14, 1991, as Mectron through an association of engineers from other companies in the sector in Sao Jose dos Campos.Among its main products are radars, weapons, missiles, PGMs and simulators.

• Mectron MAA-1 Piranha: missile air-air short-range infrared guidance.

• MSS-1.2: anti-tank missile with laser guidance and medium-range (3 km).

• MAR-1: Anti-radiation missile.

• A-Darter (missile) A project that is being developed by Brazil and South Africa.

• MAA-1B The project is under development, it will be a 4.5 generation missile.

• MAN-1 In development with Brazilian Navy. It will be an anti-ship missile with a 60-80 km range.

• Brazilian PGMs In development with Brazilian Air Force guided by Inertial navigation system, GPS or Glonass. ^[2]
