Career
Mouscron
As a youth product of R.E. Mouscron Lestienne made his debut at the highest level of Belgian football on 20 December 2008, in a 5–1 home victory against Club Brugge, as a 80th minute replacement for Asanda Sishuba.[1]
Club Brugge
After the bankruptcy of Mouscron Lestienne was able to make a free transfer. The English side Everton F.C and Dutch side PSV Eindhoven were very interested to sign Lestienne.[2] Lestienne eventually signed a contract with Club Brugge on 6 January 2010.[3]
