Max Armstrong is an American agriculture broadcaster from Chicago, Illinois.[1]
He is almost universally associated with being the associate of Orion Samuelson, and co-hosts with Samuelson the Morning Show and Noon Show on WGN radio in Chicago, and This Week in Agribusiness on RFD-TV and in television syndication.
Armstrong also hosts a three-minute feature, Farming America, on the Tribune Radio Network; it is usually paired with Samuelson's National Farm Report.
Armstrong is a native of Southern Indiana, lives in the western suburbs of Chicago and is a volunteer fire commissioner, where he lives with his wife. His daughter Kristi is also a graduate of Purdue University and currently works at Duke University Hospital and Lisa is currently a student at DePaul University
