Matthew Doerner-Miller

Matthew Doerner-Miller (born November 26, 1977), also known as Matt Doerner, is an American entrepreneur and youth mentor. He has experience in a wide variety of entrepreneurial endeavors, ranging from real estate, software development, and international call center implementation. He currently sits on several board of directors throughout North America and Europe as a pro-bono advisor and mentor.

Family Life

Born in Eugene, Oregon, Matthew’s first few years were spent in the United States. However at the age of 5, the family moved to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (Canada) and then eventually to Guelph, Ontario. The family also moved for a brief duration to San Jose, Costa Rica. He stated in an interview with Swedish television that he benefited greatly “from a tremendous support system” and that his upbringing contributed greatly to his entrepreneurial zeal in an international context.[1][2]

Business

Matthew has started and operated a wide range of businesses throughout Southern California, Canada, Latin America, and Europe. He currently mentors young aspiring entrepreneurs in a pro bono capacity.
