Career highlights and awards Stats at ESPN.com Matt Barr (born September 12, 1987) is an American football quarterback with the Western Illinois Leathernecks football team. During the 2010 season, Barr threw for 3,410 yards 27 touchdowns and 8 interceptions in 13 games. He also ran for 675 yards and 7 touchdowns.[1] Following the season, Barr was named as one of the three finalists for the 2010 Walter Payton Award, given annually to the top player in NCAA Division I Football Championship Series (Division I-AA).[2]
