Maryknoll is located in the south-eastern coast of Davao, serving the community of Lupon, Davao Oriental and surrounding town of Banaybanay and San Isidro. It is 130 kilometers away from Davao City.

School Seal
☧ symbolizes Christ, the center of every Maryknoller's life.
The shamrock symbolizes St. Patrick, the Patron Saint of the school.
The circle with a cross and the words Deus Super Omnia symbolizes the Maryknoller Spirit, the development of the total person with a motto "God Above All."
The black and white Dominican seal symbolizes that the school is administered by the Dominican Sisters whose motto is Veritas which means TRUTH.
The color Green symbolizes hope, life, and strength which every Maryknoller should possess. The color White is the symbol of light which emphasizes that every Maryknoller should be a light to others, a person ready to share her services, time and talents.[2]

In consonance with the Diocesan Thrust of the Diocese of Mati, Davao Oriental, we, the Maryknoll School of Lupon community who are God-loving, service oriented, patriotic and environmental friendly, commit ourselves to:
Goals and Objective
1. Provide Christian formation to students, school personnel, alumni and Parents with special devotion to Our Lady of the Holy Rosary and Holy Eucharist.
2. Enhance quality education to achieve academic excellence.
3. Encourage students to appreciate Filipino heritage by promoting cultural awareness and community involvement.
4. Preserve Mother Earth through ecological awareness and environmental care.
