Career
Campbell signed for Ayr on the 1 July 2005, on a free-transfer from Irvine Meadow, when former Medda boss Rab Reilly became the assistant manager to former Honest Man Robert Connor. Martyn Campbell went on to make his Ayr debut against Stirling Albion at Somerset Park.
Campbell is the longest serving player at Ayr United by two years.
Personal life
Campbell's brother Mark Campbell, who plays for Raith Rovers, had also played for Ayr previously, after signing from Stranraer.
