Markowice [markɔˈvit​͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kleszczewo, within Poznań County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.^[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Kleszczewo and 25 km (16 mi) south-east of the regional capital Poznań.
